Services

During the school year (September through mid-June), we have one service at 10:00 a.m. which is a Choral Holy Eucharist with music and choir. This fall our Sunday services begin back in the church on Sunday, September 8.

After the 10 a.m. service we have a Coffee Hour that all are welcome to attend.

Once a month we have one service at 8:00 a.m. which is Holy Eucharist with no choir and no music. It is held on the first Sunday of the month. An additional service may be added during some months. Please check our calendar HERE.

We also have special services throughout the year including Thanksgiving, Advent, Christmas, Lent, Holy Week and Easter.

Wednesday, March 5: Ash Wednesday we will have a service of Holy Eucharist and Imposition of Ashes in the church at 12 noon. The church will be open from 5- 7 p.m. a time for contemplation, prayer and Imposition of Ashes.

Saturday, March 8: Messy Church with a theme of “Lent, a time for pulling weeks & planting seeds” in the church from 4-6 p.m.

Sunday, April 13: Palm Sunday we will have one service of Blessing of the Palms and Holy Eucharist in the church at 10 a.m.

Thursday, April 17: Maundy Thursday we will have a service of Holy Eucharist to include washing of hands or feet and ending with Stripping of the Altar in preparation for Good Friday in the church at 7 p.m.

Friday, April 18: Good Friday we will be joining Massiah Lutheran Church, 303 State Route 101, Amherst for a service of Tenebrae at 7p.m.

Saturday, April 19: Holy Saturday we will have a service of Holy Eucharist for The Great Vigil of Easter in the church at 7 p.m.

Sunday, April 20, Easter Sunday we will have a service of Holy Eucharist in the church at 10 a.m.

Children are welcome. The service is also shared via Zoom. Please contact the church office to be added to our email list and get the Zoom link.

Year round, on the first and third (and fifth if there is one) Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m., we gather for an informal check-in, conversation, Bible discussion and prayer, via Zoom. We are offering a Noon time Holy Eucharist in the church on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month. On those dates, the service and Bible study will take the place of the online Wednesday Group gathering.

During the summer, we have an outdoor service at 9:00 am in the beautiful Emerson Park, Milford, weather permitting. After the service, we have a social time with drinks and snacks. Bring your own chairs or blankets!
