Children and Youth Programs

We welcome families and children of all ages.  Your children are welcome at our services, with the 10 a.m. choral service being perhaps most appropriate. We have a special area with a soft floor, toys and kid-sized furnishings where families can sit and the children have some comfortable space. We also invite children to help in the service by bringing forward our gifts for SHARE. Our summer services at Emerson Park, Milford are casual and a great opportunity to bring children to an informal setting.

Most Sundays during the school year, we offer a multi-age church school class for children aged 4-12, designed to nurture their spiritual growth, empower them as God’s disciples, and foster a feeling of belonging and of being loved by God and our parish community. Parents can drop off their children in the Godly Play classroom before the 10 a.m. service begins, and the children and teachers then join their families back in church roughly 30-40 minutes later during the passing of the peace.
